Refund Policy:

In some cases customer need to ship back product by speed Post.
For Wholesale Order Product can be returned only in case damaged product received.
In case of seal broken by customer then product can not be returned.
Product need to arrived back to us before return period if product arrived back to us after return period From Date of Delivery we will not process refund.
In case Damaged / defective product / empty package received claim customer needs to inform us in 12 Hr of product delivery to proceed return.
In Case of Damaged / Different / empty box product received customer need to share package opening video to claim return/refund.

Warranty Info:

Warranty Period is defined on Product Page.
Customer Need to Share photo of Invoice with us to claim warranty and hard copy of invoice need to send us back with product for warranty purpose.
Once Our support approved Return request customer can ship back product to us with requested information by speed post.
Speed post charges will be paid by customers.
In Case of product damaged by customer warranty cannot be claimed.
Customer damage : screen break, water Damaged, body damaged.
