Once approved, refunds are initiated within 48–72 hours. The refund amount will be credited to the customer's original payment method within 2–4 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing time.

Customers will receive a full refund for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described. In cases where a return is requested for reasons other than a product defect or seller error, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery Policy :

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of successful order confirmation.

Tracking details are shared via email and/or SMS once the order has been shipped. We work with multiple trusted courier partners across India to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Delivery timelines generally range between 2–5 business days depending on the destination, courier service availability, and local conditions. Some locations may be eligible for faster delivery.

All shipments are insured and protected until they are successfully delivered to the customer. Prepaid orders can be delivered to most serviceable locations across India. Cash on Delivery (COD) service is available only in selected serviceable pin codes.

Cancellation Policy :

  • Products with broken manufacturer seals, missing accessories, physical damage, or signs of misuse may not be eligible for return.

  • For claims involving damaged, incorrect, or empty package deliveries, customers may be required to provide an unboxing/package opening video to assist with verification and claim processing.

Warranty Info:

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  • A copy or photo of the purchase invoice.
  • The product along with all information requested by our support team.

Once the warranty request is approved, customers may be required to ship the product to the designated service location or address provided by our support team.

Return shipping charges for warranty claims are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Warranty claims will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, water damage, physical damage, unauthorized repairs, or any other customer-caused damage.
